C2 Glass Has More than Two Decades of Experience
Unlike many of the new glass blowers on the market today, C2 has nearly 22 years of operating experience, with many more in glass expertise as a whole.
Mike and his father opened up shop back in 1994 in the north Hollywood area of southern California. Mike’s father, Simon, had been blowing glass since he was 17 years old, passing on his knowledge and skills to his son. Together, they started out by creating laboratory apparatuses, but soon diverted into hand pipes and water pipes as they merged their recreational and vocational passions.
Today, the company focuses solely on pipes and water pipes, ensuring that all of their in-house skill, care, and attention is invested in giving fans the pieces that make every minute of their relaxation and socialization experience even more enjoyable.
Building The C2 Glass Brand
With high-quality glasswork came high demand, and by the early 2000’s, Mike and his father were hard at work turning out glass hand pipes and water pipes for other brands.
2006 brought a new era for the two men, who decided to make and market their own brand – the C2 Custom Creations collectors now know and love. With this new focus on their own products, the team behind the brand were able to perfect new techniques and deliver a refreshingly different look and feel to stores like 42 Degrees and the private collections of glass pipe fans worldwide.
